How to reach Vienna and the conference venue:
By plane
Vienna International Airport is 16 km to the east of Vienna in Schwechat. The quickest and easiest way to get to Vienna from the airport is by public transport or by taxi.
By public transport
Take one of the trains (S-Bahn S7; Railjet; ICE or the more expensive but faster CAT) to the main station of Vienna. Change to the Underground U1 (direction Leopoldau) and travel to Kagraner Platz. Take the bus 24A (direction Breitenlee Schule) for 7 stations to Breitenleer Straße/Spargelfeldstraße. From there it is a 2 minute walk to the entrance of AGES.
By taxi

By train
Vienna Main Station is a new mobility hub in the heart of Europe and is easy to reach from many European cities. Take the Underground U1 (direction Leopoldau) and travel to Kagraner Platz. Take the bus 24A (direction Breitenlee Schule) for 7 stations to Breitenleer Straße/Spargelfeldstraße. From there it is a 2 minute walk to the entrance of AGES.
By car
AGES is located near the motorway A23 or S1. Take the exit “Breitenlee” (A23 direction Gänserndorf) and follow the road. The gateway is on the left side ((Breitenleerstraße 177). Turn right into the direction marked "P Besucher" (Visitors’ car park). Marked parking spaces available near the main entrance and behind the buildin.
