The conference fee includes:
- Attendance to the scientific meetings and poster exhibition
- Access to all abstracts by USB-stick and website (secured access)
- Program booklet in hard copy
- Lunches and coffee breaks according to program
- Attendance to Network Event (Guided bus tour through Vienna, get together and Gala Dinner)

The hotel reservation is not included in the registration process and must be made individually. The Conference organization has secured a certain number of rooms of different price range that will only be available for the attendants of the conference up until a certain date. First come-first serve! (see "Venue and accommodation").
Please note: Substitutions of participants may be made at any time but please advise the secretariat in case of a change as soon as possible (email: feedconference2021agesat).
If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Secretariat immediately.
- Provided a written notice is received by 15 April 2021, a full refund will be given, excluding a 10% administration charge.
- Provided a written notice is received by 31 May 2021, a 50% refund will be given.
- For registrations cancelled after 31 May 2021 or for no-shows at the conferences, no refund (100% cancellation charges) will be given.
Information for participants, who have already registered for Feed2020:
Your registration remains valid for 2021.You will not have to register again. In case you are not certain if you are going to attend the conference next year, you can of course cancel your registration without any cancellation charges!
